Insurance
We
strongly discourage insuring orders due to the very unlikely occurrence of a
valid claim case. Paying the insurance fees is a lost investment in 99.9% of
all cases, and it is not worth the extra time and effort required. We have shipped
tens of thousands of orders and have filed not one insurance claim yet. Our
return policy provides security in cases of damage or loss (both are very rare),
as we guarantee 100% satisfaction.
An
additional security service for US orders is signature confirmation on request
and at an additional charge of $1.90. A signature confirmation allows
the buyer to sign for an item at time of delivery. This signature, along with
date and time of delivery are recorded by the US Postal Service and can be produced
on demand.

We
offer shipping service with EXTRA strength padding and FRAGILE stickers on
request and at ADDITIONAL shipping charge of $1.00 for a domestic order or $2.00
for an International order. This SPECIAL HANDLING must be requested by e-mail
each time it is desired, accompanied by an acknowledgement that the additional
charge will apply.
Our
regular packaging and shipping is efficient and safe. We also guarantee safe
arrival of all merchandise, assuming full responsibility for loss or damage. It
is very rare for any of our packages to reach a customer damaged. Our offer of
adding more strength to a package by using additional padding, as well as
applying highly visible FRAGILE stickers is to give our customers added peace of
mind. Rather than streamlining such packaging and passing on the cost to all
customers, we prefer to offer such service on request, with each customer who
wishes to avail themselves of this service carrying their own added shipping &
handling cost.
Please
mention your request for added padding & FRAGILE stickers each time you
would like to have the extra strength packaging applied, as well as an
acknowledgement that you accept the nominal addition to your regular S/H charge. Customers eligible for FREE shipping would merely pay the
extra cost of the special handling ($1.00 for domestic orders).
